Our mobile app (hereinafter ‘the home mobile app’), is developed and operated by M/s The Home, a Proprietorship Concern, with its Registered Office at Ram Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra (hereinafter ‘the home’) is offered to the user/s (hereinafter ‘visitor/s’)upon the terms and conditions that follow.

Types of Shipping Available
We provide two modes of shipping to our customers: Normal Delivery: By Surface Transport which takes up to 6-8 business days Express Delivery: By Air Courier which takes 3-5 business days to deliver the order.
As a special privilege to our valued customers, thehomeindia.com offers Free Shipping on all orders that amount to Rs.7500 or above, in case of Normal Delivery (Surface). All orders below Rs.7500 are charged a Nominal Shipping Fee of Rs.125/- or 10% of order value whichever is higher for Normal Delivery (Surface). For Express Delivery (Air) Rs.300/- or 10% of order value whichever is higher will be charged for every single order.
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely to secure the package. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package received on delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our Customer Service at 0712- 2531119 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM) and also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery Time & Tracking Information
It will take up to 6-8 business days for Normal delivery (Surface) & 3-5 business days for Express delivery (Air) from the date of order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and also once delivered. You can also track your order status in my accounts under order section. the home app offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe. We also offer Cash Before Delivery (CBD) in our account as per Govt Norms i.e. maximum Rs 49000 per transaction as a special service to our valued customers. Cash before Delivery (CBD) is an alternate method of payment that we extend to our valued guests, other than any online payments. In the CBD payment method or CBD service, you will have to deposit the cash in our Bank account as per Govt Norms i.e. maximum Rs 49000 per transaction. We will dispatch the order, once the payment is reflected in our Bank account.
